L'Hockey Club Lugano reports that the conservative therapy evaluation applied to players Marco Müller and Lorenzo Canonica following their recent injuries has unfortunately not been successful, and both will therefore have to undergo surgery in the coming days.
For Marco Müller, who suffered a previous injury to the same right ankle last spring while wearing the Swiss national team jersey, the expected recovery time will be between 14 and 16 weeks.
Lorenzo Canonica, a victim of a blow to his left wrist, will in turn have to observe a recovery period of between 14 and 16 weeks to regain full function of the limb after the surgery, which will be performed at the Ars Medica clinic.
To Marco and Lorenzo our best wishes for a speedy recovery and see you soon on the track!
