Elia Riva to Leave the Club at the End of the Season

Hockey Club Lugano announces that player Elia Riva has informed the club in recent days of his decision to exercise, for personal reasons, the clause in his contract that allows him to terminate it by the end of December 2022, effective at the end of the 2022/23 season.

HCL expresses regret over Elia's decision, as he has been wearing the Bianconeri jersey since the Mini Top category. At the same time, the club respects the 24-year-old defenseman's intention to develop his future career elsewhere.

Riva is currently in his seventh professional season with HCL, where he has played 262 games, tallying 47 points (13 goals, 34 assists).
