Hockey Club Lugano announces the signing of Entry Level contracts valid for the next two seasons with two young players who will be available for both the first team and the U20 Elite squad.

These players are defenseman Leandro Hausheer and forward (center-wing) Cole Cormier.

Hausheer (193 cm, 88 kg, "right") was born in Zurich on March 20, 2003. He grew up in Zug's youth system and became a Swiss champion in both the U17 Elite and U20 Elite categories. In 125 appearances in the U20 Elite, he collected 78 points (31 goals, 47 assists).

Cormier (178 cm, 81 kg, "left") was born in Düsseldorf, Germany, on February 21, 2002. The son of Derek Cormier, a former player and captain of Sierre between 2002 and 2013, he holds a Canadian passport but has a Swiss hockey license. Over the past four seasons, he has played a total of 248 games (89 goals, 112 assists) in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) with Rimouski Océanic, Quebec Remparts, and Gatineau Olympiques.
