Medical Update: Van Pottelberghe

Life’s challenges are always around the corner, and unfortunately, luck doesn’t smile equally on everyone.

Just days after Niklas Schlegel suffered a muscle injury, Joren Van Pottelberghe, the other goalkeeper of HCL, was involved in an unfortunate accident during a walk on his day off. He sustained multiple fractures to his right ankle and foot.

Medical examinations confirmed the severity of the injury, and the estimated recovery time for his return to the ice is approximately three months. HCL extends its best wishes to Joren for a full and swift recovery.
