SUMMER PREPARATION AND FRIENDLY MATCHES OF HCL

Looking forward to summer ice hockey in black and white?

Hockey Club Lugano has finalized the schedule for the friendly matches ahead of the 2024/25 National League season, the calendar of which will be released in the coming weeks.

The black-and-white preseason includes two games to be played at the Cornèr Arena: the match on August 31 (6:00 PM) against the Austrian team Innsbruck, which will precede the traditional team presentation to the fans at the Reseghina, and the game on September 7 (7:00 PM) against Ajoie.

Luca Gianinazzi's team will also participate in the Bodensee Cup in Kreuzlingen from August 22 to 24, where they will face the Swiss champions ZSC Lions in the first match.

The preparation will include a training camp in Lenzerheide scheduled from August 27 to 30.

The complete schedule of friendly matches:

• Friday, August 16: HC Sierre – HCL (8:00 PM)
• Friday, August 23: HCL – ZSC Lions (7:30 PM) in Kreuzlingen
• Saturday, August 24: opponent and time to be defined in Kreuzlingen
• August 27-30: training camp in Lenzerheide
• Saturday, August 31: HCL – HC Innsbruck (6:00 PM), at the Cornèr Arena, followed by team presentation to the fans
• Friday, September 6: HC Davos – HCL (7:30 PM)
• Saturday, September 7: HCL – HC Ajoie (7:00 PM) at the Cornèr Arena
• Wednesday, September 11: EHC Kloten – HCL (7:00 PM)
