The Hockey Club Lugano announces that at the end of 2024, it has finalized agreements with four players who will be part of the extended roster of the first team for the coming seasons.
Alessio Beglieri: The goaltender, born on January 5, 2004, has signed a contract valid for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons. Developed in the Bienne youth sector, Beglieri (181 cm x 79 kg) holds both Swiss and Italian citizenship and has represented Switzerland at one U18 World Championship and two U20 World Championships.
Enea Togni: The defenseman, born on December 31, 2004, has signed an Entry Level contract for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 seasons. After starting his career with GDT Bellinzona and HCAP, Togni joined the Cornèr Arena in the U17 Elite category. He currently plays an important role in the U20 Elite team and made his first-team debut twice in December.
Stephane Patry: The 24-year-old center/winger, who has played 37 games this season, will continue to wear the HCL jersey for the 2025/26 season. After two seasons marred by injuries, Patry has found stability and a consistent presence in the line-up this year.
Cole Cormier: The forward has extended his contract with the Hockey Club Lugano until the end of the 2026/27 season, continuing his growth within the club.
