It is an early August in HCL colors that awaits the fans ofHockey Club Lugano.
In fact, starting at 10:00 a.m. and continuing until 11:30 a.m., the entire first team bianconera will take to the ice at Cornèr Arena for the first time this season for a practice directed by Chris McSorley that will be open to the public. The players will be wearing black and white Pre Season jerseys and will delight the audience with various bravura drills.
Besides enjoying the coolness of the track, fans will be able to fulfill their curiosity and see all the new faces on the roster: from foreigners Mikko Koskinen, Oliwer Kaski, Markus Granlund and Kris Bennett to Swiss Calle Andersson, Marco Müller, Jeremi Gerber and Stephane Patry.
At the end of the training session, as is customary in this circumstance, fans will be able to freely descend onto the ice to take selfies and collect autographs from their favorites.
For the occasion, Shop'41 will be open from 09:00 a.m. while Club'41 will offer a breakfast of coffee and croissants at a favorable price.
In the evening,Hockey Club Lugano will then be present in grand style at the traditional city parade for the Christmas of the Fatherland. Parading through the streets of Lugano starting from Via Nassa will be not only managers, staff and players of the first team, but the entire Youth Section with its enthusiasm, its many teams, its professional coaches and volunteers.
An important historical moment that, after two years of pandemic, is meant to be a sign of thanks to the City of Lugano that has supported the club, a sign of restarting and regaining normalcy.
